understanding your hormones and health

Reliable grip on the transition

Female health has different phases — from menstruation and fertility to menopause. Hormonal changes can affect how a woman feels and functions, both privately and at work. Perimenopause is therefore an important and often intensive period.

By offering openness and appropriate support, women remain employable and motivated; a profit for themselves, the organization and society.

Dr. Marel offers scientific knowledge and care in this regard. With interactive workshops and webinars I make all aspects negotiable and provide useful tools!

Reliable control over hormones

what is perimenopause?

Perimenopause is a natural phase of life that can significantly affect daily functioning - sometimes with mild symptoms, sometimes with serious health problems. Around 80 percent of working women over 40 experience that menopausal symptoms make her work difficult. Less than half discuss this in the workplace.
